Delivery & Setup
Some gear can be heavy and bulky requiring a van or large truck to transport, such as Staging, Truss, and Speakers. Let our crew do the heavy lifting and deliver your equipment and pick it up when you’re done. We can even set it up for you! Simply choose “Delivery” or “Delivery & Setup” during checkout.
Choose your level of service:
Delivery
For a flat fee, we can deliver to most places within 25 miles of any of our locations. You can schedule your delivery anytime during normal business hours (Mon-Sat 10-6). For deliveries further than 25 miles, there is a per mile fee for the additional mileage.
Delivery + Setup
This includes our normal delivery service, plus we completely set up the gear for you. This service also includes any needed extension cables and batteries, and our techs tape down cables in walkways for safety. We will perform a basic system configuration as well as provide you with on-the-spot training in the operation of the equipment before we leave.
We will then come back the next business day and strike the gear and return it for you.
Setup fees are calculated at checkout based on the specific equipment you rent.
